Toxic Meanderer

This illustration was designed with the purpose to be a graphic for clothing apparel. What is a Toxic Meanderer? The name of this illustration and character actually came from a collection of failed names for possible superheroes and villains. What I envisioned a Toxic Meanderer to be was a mutated bio hazard worker who transformed into an aquatic-like swamp creature. Now he resides and meanders along the contaminated waters that belong to the abandoned bio hazard waste company where he used to work.
